North American Warranty
Sabian cymbals are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase on all Sabian series except Solar by Sabian which has a 6 month warranty period
If after inspection by Sabian personnel it is determined that the cymbal failed under normal use, a replacement cymbal of the same size and series will be provided free of charge.

I used to play a lot of AAX; everything was in the brilliant finish for that bright, glassy sound. I owned a few of these Studio Crashes?some at different times?they were one of my favorites out of the AAX. I owned the 16? for a while?nice crash, but I felt it was missing something. And I was disappointed with the 18? crash because it didn?t project. However the 17? crash filled my needs. It was incredibly bright, full, & had fast decay. I always thought the 17? was like the 16? & 18? molded together?the best of both worlds & none of their weaknesses. I also owned the 14? crash, which was very versatile within my set-up. It?s great for bright accents, but I also felt it had a nice warm shimmering sound quality?again versatile. These crashes sound great, respond with little effort, & are versatile with any music genre. Now with everything I?ve stated, its all opinion & preference?every drummer?s style & ?ear? is different.
I have been using Sabian AAX's my whole life and I absolutely love them. They have a brilliant tone and will not break no matter what. I've had mine for years and I beat the heck out of them, but there is not even so much as a crack. Bottom line: BUY THIS CYMBAL
I've been using this crash for about a year now.I like it a lot. It's a really nice crash. It's pretty loud, The sound is quick.. i have a full set of aax cymbals, they sound awesome together.
