A crash that WILL be heard!

The AAX Series Stage crash cymbal's explosive, full-response sound is rich with bright, high-end tones for increased cutting power.

Like stainless steel, AAX is cool, modern, and extremely efficient. Tap with your finger or thrash with a stick, Auto-Focus Response maximizes sensitivity, equalizes high- and low-pitch levels, and purifies sounds by filtering out conflicting overtones.

Awesome

I just got the 16" version of this crash today and it is amazing. It has a nice deep tone. I was suprised to get such a lot pitch out of a 16" crash. I would recommend this crash to anyone who plays Rock or metal. It's not the most versatile cymbal, but it is great for accents. Go to your local music store or at least Sabian.com and listen to it before you buy it. Great cymbal, Well worth the money

AAX stage crash

I bought the 18" version of this cymbal close to 3 years ago, and it is still in great shape. The sound is amazing, and it cuts through the mix nicely. I can't think of any flaws with this cymbal.

Good Cymbal In The Right Setting

This cymbal is top of the line. It is great for live shows. The cymbal really has a great explosion second only to the AAXplosion <(Just look at the name). It is a very loud crash so anyone who is looking for a cymbal to use for accents or just a cymbal that would be great on an offbeat this is not for you, this cymbal is made for heavy shows and cuts through any loud music you can throw at it. Overall great cymbal for the price and highly recommended for loud music.

Awesome Crash

I use a 16" Sabian AAX Stage crash at my church and I really love it! I think it is comparable to a 16" A Custom Crash. The sound is pretty simallar, as is the bell. I have the same complaints with the A Custom crash and the AAX Crash, they both have small bells that I don't like too much. But, I don't really use bells on crashes that much, so I'm fine with that. This is a great crash and is priced nicely. Go ahead and try this cymbal out yourself!
