The 1SKB-R112AUV 1x12: Amp Utility Vehicle offers the same protection and convenience as the larger SKB-710, 2x12 AUV case.
Amplifiers are held in place on a rugged rolling Hook and Loop Fastener board with four patented adjustable corner cleats and a secure reverse-cinch belt. When the amplifier is in use, it sits securely on top of the cover at a height that improves sound projection.

I was a little skeptical ordering a case that was not specifically designed for my amp, but when it arrived I was able to assemble it for my amp in less than 10 minutes and it held my amp securely. Its a little bigger than I imagined but it was easy to carry, the casters rolled smoothly and my amp was well protected. When playing I chose to not mount the amp on top of the case, just playing with it on the wheeled base, because it was a little too high and would have been too loud in my ears, but its great to have the option for times when you have no monitors. I have no complaints at all but my only suggestions to SKB would be to put a handle on the top of the case as well and to make the wheels locks easier to engage, they are very stiff and difficult to turn on and off. But these minor points aside, I'd fully recommend this case for 1x12 combos if you want something light, easy to assemble and that protects your amp well.
Hey, you Hot Rod Deville 212 owners!!! If you need a road case then this is a great choice. Even though it says SKB 112 it will fit the 212 Deville!!! I did line the upper part of the case with 1" of foam for cushion and I couldn't sake for a better fit. I also like the weight of this case as it really doesn't add that much weight to the amp when stored inside. It has many ways of lifting the case as well. You can lift by the handles or by the top on the sides as it's design of the case gives you another lift place. If you look at the pictures of the SKB case you will see what I'm talking about. So, if you are in the market for a road case for the Deville 212, look no farther than this case. Also while on stage the bottom of the case where the amp sits is very stream lined and give the amp a nice look. The wheel locks on all 4 wheels is very handy as well. Deville 212 owners!!! Get this case!!!
I'm completely satisfied with the SKB 1 x 12 Amplifier Utility Vehicle. I own a Fender Supersonic 1 x 12 and the case fits the amp very snugly. There is ZERO movement of the amp inside the case. The corners adjust to either my Fender or my 35 year old MusicMan 2 x 10 65. The hook and loop fasteners are easy to use. The fact that I can use the amp case as an amp stand is extra great. Locking casters insure the the case/stand do not move on stage or in transit. Traveled with the case for the first time last week to a gig at Dolphin's Stadium. Easy on and off stage. Lots of positive comments from crew and other musicians. This is a GREAT INVESTMENT to preserve your amp. I also own a SKB-45 pedal board which I love and swayed my decision to purchase the SKB 1 x 12 amp utility vehicle. I play alot and want to protect the investments I have in my amps. P.S. the case will fit in the trunk of my Mercedes C230 (not a very big car) along two flight style briefcases. I Highly Recommend the SKB 1 x 12 Amplifier Utility Vehicle.
