These are not classical guitar strings!

By Pat Bianculli

from Brooklyn, NY

In the product description it says that the treble's are "plain steel". Putting these on a traditional classical guitar will surely pull off a few bridges!! Guitar Center - change your product description!!

Not My Classical

By Rick Jones

from Louisville, KY

I put these on an older Yamaha 150CCG to brighten the sound. They sounded really great. They were good to the touch and I was very pleased with the sound of my guitar and the action. I didn't care for the sound when about a week after I put them on the bridge pulled off a bam! There my be no problem with a new classical guitar but be careful about using them on an older one. When I have the bridge fixed if the repair man says it's OK I will think about using them again.
