NEW REVIEW - Jaco used these for a reason
These are awesome strings. I picked up a set a few days ago and I'm in love! These strings are brigt high and punching lows. They work well in drop-b also. My only comlplaint is that they are kinda rough at first and take some getting used to.

Best Strings Ever
I've played many strings including DR, Ernie Ball, D'addario (sorry if I spelled that wrong), and Fender strings. My friend introduced me to these, and I have never looked back. The tone is amazing. They have a super long life and a brightness about them that's not like any other string I've played, it fits all styles from funk to metal to punk to jazz. They're awesome and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Best Strings Ever
These strings are great. By far the best strings ive ever played. I tried them out because I had heard so many pros like Steve Harris, Geddy Lee, Billy Sheehan, and Jaco used them. I can see why they did. I don't think I will ever use a different brand.

Theres a reason so many pros endorse these
I love the zingy sound of these rotosound stainless steel strings. I've used these for awhile and never had a defective pack.
They keep their zing for a long time, also. The feel is slightly more "raw", in my opinion, than my other favorite strings DR Hi-beams.
If you're into the sound of new stainless steel strings, and like to change them alot, these are definitely the best value.

Amazing!
These strings are the best bass strings ever! This particular kind of Rotosounds were designed by John Entwistle back in 1966, so you know they're good. Aside from that endorsement, they sound absoluetly amazing. Perfect for "lead bass". Extremely bright; they sound like a piano if you use enough treble. I use them on an American Deluxe Jazz Bass, and I can go from piano clear to deep bass by simply switching pickups. A word of warning: these strings aren't for drop tuning, they lose a lot of tone. But if you play with standard tuning, these strings are perfect!

Simply the greatest...
What can I say?...My dad's been using them for all of the 33 years he's been playing, my brother uses them, and I use them...simply the greatest strings ever made for the bass guitar...don't buy any others or you will be sorry you didn't buy Rotosound.

Great Strings
These strings are simple the best strings I've ever had on my Marcus Miller Jazz Bass. They even beat the MMFat Beams, which aren't bad, just not as good. These sound new for a long time. The flexibility of these strings is unmatched! Try these strings!

Killer Tone
This was the first time I had to change the strings on my Squier Jazz Bass. Wow what a difference the Rotosound have over the stock strings! It sounds like a new base. If I new that these strings sounded this good I would have bought them the day I bought the bass. What killer tone they have! Well worth the little extra money they cost over some of the others.
