These are the best strings I've played with, great tone, they feel good, and I'm able to play anything with them. Plus they last forever. Only strings I'll ever buy again.
I have strung my basses with these strings for 30 years. They have great sustain and a brilliant piano like tone.They rarely go out of tune. All the top bassists from amature to pro pick these strings. They will always be my first choice.
I've used all the fancy names the EXP's bt D'Adario, DR's, Dean Markley's, and the like but nothing has better tone. These things have an amazing warm tone where it counts, but at the same time they have the highs for slap bass and funk. The nickle gives these things a smooth feel and gives the a longer lasting tone than all the stainless steel strings I've ever played. I really couldn't imagine playing any other strings.
