Low power

By Ken

from Utah

Comments about Roland PM-10 V-Drum Speaker System:

I purchased this amp thinking it would be a good match to a Roland TD9 vdrum setup. The amp was quite underpowered, sounds were adequate, but the amp just did not provide the little extra punch that one sometimes prefers when playing without headphones. This amp would not keep up with a group setting.

Over Priced Under Powered

Comments about Roland PM-10 V-Drum Speaker System:

I purchased this amp for my roland electronic drums for home use, i wished i had returned it now, i dont even use it, for $300.00 you could get a pretty good 15" active PA speaker. I now have 2 of the Harbinger APS15 a 1500 watt power amp and a 18" passive sub, that worked out really well, just 1 of the APS15 would out do 5 of these PM-10. Overall this product is probably very reliable but for what it does its way over priced and way under powered.

No Power

By Jim Sitnik

from Lakewood, CO

Comments about Roland PM-10 V-Drum Speaker System:

It ok to use as a practice amp, in an apartment where you don't want to make much noise to begin with. But playing with a guitar or two, or in a band situation, just doesn't work. I will have to buy another more powerful amp. I'm hoping I might use the PM-10 as a monitor.

Comments about Roland PM-10 V-Drum Speaker System:

I originally purchased this amp about 10 years ago! 10 years!! and still running strong never have issues and is in great condition even after countless mobile uses. I originally purchased this amp for practice on an electric drum kit. works great for personal use... it's 30 watts so not sure what the other reviewers were expecting?? THIS MONITOR IS A WORKHORSE AND BUILT LIKE A TANK!!! it's now being used as a my DJ monitor at home and on the road... I highly recommend this monitor and is worth every dollar!
