The Roland KC-150 Keyboard Mixing Amp is built like a tank. The KC-150 is a compact 65W amp with a 12" speaker and piezo tweeter, 4-channel capability, 2-band EQ, XLR mic input, and RCA stereo auxiliary input. It also has a subwoofer output compatible with the Roland KCW-1 for a powerful low-end boost. It can be mounted on a speaker stand for use as a stage monitor and has a headphone output for silent all-night solo jams. Cool amp.

The KC 150 is a must for keyboard players. As an accordion player, the sound is clean and strong. No pops or unusual noises. I was impressed with it's broad sound considering it's size. The second nice feature is the light weight. You won't be tired bringing this to the gig. I used it "cold turkey" last night and was thrilled! It's also set up for using external speakers. Go for it.. it's worth it's weight in gold!
FOR DRUMMERS: The KC-150 is the lowest you want to go if you play a full kit. It keeps up with my real drums at about 3/4 volume on all levels and other devices. (Roland SPD-30, and a BOSS RE-20 = endless fun!) Out of the box it is sounding great! I can only imagine what the sub will sound like underneath...
Powerful amp with very clean sound. I can't believe there is so much volume for the small size and weight. The low end is VERY good on this amp. I also use this for my Takamine electric acoustic and it sounds terrific.
Great amp, but doesn't do well with the really high tones on a piano when it is at seven or eight on the line and overall volumes. Besides that it is a great machine. I highly suggest you get it.
The Rolane KC-150 Keyboard Mixing Amp is a must have for keyboardists. The tone is so smooth and clear that if you have a buddy close your eyes and have you play, he'd think it was a grand piano! Quite portable and very durable. Thanks Roland!
