Roland can do better.

Too small for the size! The sound is pretty good but you can't turn it up too much because the speaker can't handle it. Go get the 100+ watt one even though its a little more money.. you may regret this amp.

Depends on usage

Is good for home use. Not good at all to take out to for even a trio gig. Speaker is very sensitive and will start distorting if volume is raised.

Good for church music

I just play in church, so I don't need alot of volume. I plugged my acoustic/electric Ovation 6-string, and my Ibanez bass guitar into it, and it sounded great in my little 150 seat church. It is my first amp, and first bass guitar, so for someone just starting out, it sure wowed my Mom and family. It might not be adequate for a real head banger, but for what little I do, it was great, and the price was right.

Sounds great, limited usefulness

This amp sounds great and has inputs for instruments and mic (XLR). It would be fine for a solo performer at a coffee house, bookstore, e.g., a singer/instrumentalist. I bought it to use with a trio that includes vocals, drums, bass, and it very quickly gets lost in that mix. Just not powerful enough.
