The Roland MDY-10U Hatched Cymbal Mount is for CY-Series crash and ride cymbals, as well as PD-9/7/6 pads and the DB-88 Dr. Beat Metronome.
I had to by another boom for the new CY-8 that I bought. So I stuck with Roland, because they make great stuff ! It dose the job very well. plus it matches the rest of my V -Kit. I like the new Hatched mounting clamp. Its so much easier to take on and off. So if you to add an E-Cymbal to your V-Kit this would be a great choice.
