  • Very Professional Roland Keyboard for a not so Professional Price

As reviewed by solitudedude on 2/1/2010

Simply put, this Keyboard with its very impressive feature package, flexibility and conveniences if made just a few short years ago would have cost several thousand dollars easily. This is the first synth I've ever owned that has more than 1,000 sound patches, 1,300 to be precise and it's got the most fantastic line up of very professional sounds, and musical cultural multiple genre and thematic friendly expressions on many levels of its functionality as well. This synth with its 1300 sounds, midi controller, D BEAM volume control usable while in play, voice sing along, and voice recorder, 127 favorites saving user presets allowing you to save favorites in a very convenient all add up to making you the best musician, performer, entertainer, or sound engineer you can be for the money. This is a synthesizer that also has a cd that you can use to edit sounds from the board, and store them in your computer and play them via the midi controller like a several thousands of dollars synth, and it has a usb data back up disk to back up any and all settings you utilize within anywhere in the board. This is too good a deal to pass up and I mean its even made very well. Being made out of high quality plastics, its plenty tough enough to where if you take care of it it will return the favor. Just a note, but many a very old Hammond B3 organs had keyboards mad of much cheaper and thinner plastic than this is and they have lasted for numerous, like 4 or 5 or 6, decades. This board could last some of you the rest of your playing life. Great board for the price, there is really nothing else out there for the same price anywhere!!!!

  • Pretty good for the price....

As reviewed by solerman on 10/4/2009

The Roland Di is a great little keyboard. I am very impressed with the piano sounds. I love some of the pad sounds too. If you are looking for good synth sounds, you will find them here. Very light weight keyboard. The construction feels a little cheap although it seems durable. Overall I gave it a 5 because of the great sound engine and ease of use. I primarily use it in my studio.

  • Roland is what I choose

As reviewed by Peter Sheehan on 10/1/2009

I've been using Roland Synthesizers for 30 + years, from the Roland SH-1000, the GR-500 guitar Synth, to the Juno-6, and now the Juno-Di. The Roland JUNO-Di Synthesizer Keyboard is a excellent addition to any bands instrument inventory. Whether on the road or in the studio the Juno-Di Synth does it with style. I recommend this keyboard to anyone who wants to become a better musician.
