This is the first Roland V-Pad with rim shot capabilities on the toms-including the actual "rim click" sound.

expensive but worth it..

if your tired of hitting a hard rubber pad that only gives you response when you brutalize it thanthis is for you. I used to play PD 8's and there's no comparison here. these feel as much like the real thing as the real thing.
