I'm a true beginner to guitar and I bought this as my first strap for my Epiphone SG. I've been using this strap every day for 2 months, and it still looks and feels brand new. It is very comfortable, even though it's polyester, and the strap ends are very tough and durable. It has never fallen off a strap button. This is a perfect strap for any guitarist that doesn't want a flashy strap, but wants something that will last a long time. And it's only a few bucks, so that makes it even better. I strongly recommend this strap.
I've been slinging axes around on the industry standard ernie ball poly straps for years. Then I went all vegan and started phasing out leather. Sounds easy enough... not. I specifically wanted a replacement that was as unremarkable as possible (no sequins or checkers for me thanks). Found these at the local GC and bought 3 of em. I'll be going back for more. I use them with dunlop strap locks so I can't attest to the durability of the holes under "normal use" but for the price difference, I can grab the straplocks and dedicate one to each gutar and just leave it in the case. A non-violent strap that'll last years and years for less than a set of strings... everybody wins! Except the kids putting them together. Another fight for another day.
This is a pretty standard, inexpensive nylon strap. no bells and whistles. Descent strap at a descent price.
