A good bag. I'd say 3.5 stars.

By Andre

from San Antonio, TX

This is a good product. I'm not saying a great product for that you would have to spend more money. I purchased this bag about a year ago. I rarely use cases because they are heavy and bulky. I use this bag to carry a Martin 000 acoustic and a Gibson ES-339. It is the perfect size for my acoustic and allows me to carry both with ease. I did have issues with the bag after a year. One of the zipper pulls broke and the bag started to unsew. I contacted Road Runner and they responded immediately! They contacted Guitar Center and in the same day I had a claim and was able to send the bag back and a new one was on the way! I was very happy with the service I received and the response was amazing and quick. I did have to pay for the shipping back to Guitar Center which I wasn't thrilled about, but it was less expensive than buying a new bag. I used USPS to ship it back. There are not a lot of choices in the style of bag to carry both a small bodied acoustic and a semi hollow size guitar but I have to say this bag does the job and is good for the money!

Really, really useful.

By Jorge Alberto

from Bell Gardens, CA

Awesome gig bag, I got one here and carry an 8 string nylon acoustic guitar and a baritone in it at the same time. There's extra room for everything you need, there are a lot of pockets with zippers. I bet you can put a dreadnought and an archtop in the bag and they'll both fit perfectly. It is super sturdy, you can carry heavy instruments and effects and believe me, it can take it perfectly, no issues at all. Now I need one for my basses, I'm very happy with it!

Horrible construction quality - No Customer support

By B.R.

from Boston Ma

The bad has good quality nylon and you'rll tell yourself it looks to be made well. However, the sticting has come clean off on the back compartment after giging with it only 8 times. The Customer support email came back undeliverable because the companies' mailbox was full. The Zippers are also of inferior metal and teh pulls have broken off on my bass bag by the same company...I'm feverishly looking to find my receipts so I can get warranty replacements. Although, they will likley be the same scenario...Really poor products...Unfortunaltey GC only really carries this in theri stores... Go Gator instead.. Protect your tools...
