I play contemporary Christian music weekly in church. I do a lot of percussion fills, "coloration," and am always looking for new "toys." The RT Mounted Cabasa easily and securely fits on my Everything Rack. It's sound is pretty good for the $$. Don't expect it to sound as good as a classic wooden cabasa/afuche; it doesn't. In absolute terms the construction is a little lower than "top of the line." If you're looking for an inexpensive way to add a cabasa to your kit or percussion rig, this is a good way to go. I am pleased and recommend it.
