    This egg is an excellent way when playing on the fly to include anyone who doesn't play a very portable instrument or play an instrument at all. Its made of plastic and the price is unbeatable, so you don't have to worry about it being damaged. Although it's great for practically any informal setting, I don't recommend it for recording or gigs,unless that's the sound your going for. Overall Great Product.

    Hello, I picked up a few of these a while back. I got them mostly because they were inexpensive, and I wanted to add some different percussion to a few of my bands songs. This was perfect for it, it has a harsher sound compared to wooden shakers but for the price it is more then good. They have even held together, which amazes me for a low end instrument made of plastic. Quick advice, if you want to add some rhythm to your songs, these are a great, inexpensive start.
