This is a great product. I got mine first one when they first came out. Very well constructed. Offers excellent protection. The handle is especially comfortable when carrying this and other gear. I am a fanatic on high quality protection for my expensive guitars, but the heavy cases got to be a pain when playing since I typically use a combination of 6 string, 12 string, bass, and mandolin. This solved my problem. Also it is much easier to pack because of the softer exterior and padding. The zippers are tight at first, but loosen up after a bit of use. The only thing I would change is a bit more structure and rigidity to the case frame, but this is a minor nit. I have one now, but plan to buy another for my 12 string and also one for my bass.

Legendary Reunion Blues quality, many features are just ok
As a busy local musician, I always buy Reunion Blues cases for my instruments. They're unbeatable in terms of quality, fit and durability, and they're a critical part of my "one-trip" mantra whenever I arrive at a gig. I started getting more acoustic guitar gigs recently and bought a Martin D-41 which came with this enormous case with little to no storage. So, naturally, I sought out an RB case and this one looked great. And, really, it is a great case. The quality is 100% there, several levels above most other cases. It looks great, isn't too heavy, has great balance and appears to have nice storage. But the case just seems too big for a standard dreadnaught guitar. It's several inches too long for my D-41 and seems too wide as well. So my guitar just slides back and forth inside the case. I do believe that when it's zipped up it does keep it from moving mostly, but why the extra length?
One thing I find curious is the number and variety of gear pockets on this case. On my other RB cases, there's just one big, very useful pocket on the front that fits cables, a strap, even a Real Book will slide in there. This case has about 10 different pockets with zippers, velcro, mesh, etc. It certainly holds everything I need to carry with me, but I prefer the simpler layout, to tell the truth.
I find the shoulder straps to make the guitar ride way too high on my back. I'm 6'3" and the headstock must be up over 7 feet when I'm walking with it. My other cases don't ride nearly as high. So I think some redesign would be helpful. I may ask my local leather guy to make a strap that hooks onto the luggage hook on the head end to make it more manageable.
Despite my gripes, I'm going to keep the case and see if I can learn to love it like my other RB cases. I haven't seen anything remotely like it on the market and I like the company and want them to keep making great cases.
So in the end, I do recommend this case. You'll be impressed by it, and, depending on your tastes, might just prefer it's very organized layout.
Great item. Durable / goodprice point.
Zippers. Poor design as how the zipper pull handles are placed. Zippers stick even on this replacement.
Use graphite to lube them up every few months especially after if it gets wet ... i.e. rainy day.
