The perfect look.

By Steve Goetz

from Corapeake, NC

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

I picked up a used Sonorlite kit from Guitar Center. The kit was cream colored so I opted for Evans black satin finish on the top of all the drums. Then I finished it off with ebony ambassadors on the bottoms. Not only is the appearance of the kit awesome but the deep tone I was able to get made it the best sounding kit I've ever had for live shows.

great resonant!

By d

from Texas

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

i used these heads as a resonant on my toms and they sound great. I have a pinstripe as batter and these as resonant. I wouldnt recommend using these as batter though. Very ringy.....unless you like the ring go for it, but its not thick enough for me. Not only do they work with my pinstripes BUT they look great with my kit as a resonant. Great heads :)

Best for the Snare

By you

from Fairfax, VA

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

These are great as a snare head. As long as they are pretty tight, they wont display much whare. They are alright as a tom head, but i wouldnt recommend them as such.

Don't break your heads before you use them

By Mason

from 62 Lurline dr.

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

These drum heads are great but one thing you gotta watch out for is puting them in the wrong way. Make sure that you screw in one rod and then the rod across from it and so forth. If not it will totally mess up your drums.

Black Ambassador Heads

By Sean Reece

from CT.

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

These head are ok, i have a 6 piece pearl EXR Export drum kit and the orignal 8 inch pearl protone head broke only after 2 weeks so i bought these. they were good and they can take a beating. i have had these heads for about a year now and they are fine for beating on and messing around but i really dont like the sound you get when you start to record. i am looking to get new heads and i think i am going to try remo's emperor heads.

Get noticed for sound and appearance with these

By ATLmusicMAN

from Atlanta, GA

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

These Remo Ebony Black Ambassador heads will take a beating and still not lose their great sound. They stay in tune longer than some of the other cheaper heads. Plus it will make any set look like it is brand new. I just wish it cost a little less, but that won't stop me from re-purchasing them later.

Great cosmetic addition

By Anonymous

from Utah

Comments about Remo Ebony Ambassador Head:

These heads sound good as batter heads. However, they are a great cosmetic addition as resonant heads for your toms. This small change from clear heads to black heads has made a world of different to my drumsets appearance.
