I got these about two weeks ago to put on to my Mapex Horizon kit, which had HORRIBLE overtones. I thought the snare was untuneable and beyond saving, but when these arrived in the mail, my drums were saved. These immediatly removed all overtones and brought out the real sound of the snare. These also revived my mounted toms as well. They went from sounding very tuned over to having a real great tom sound. Great solution to problematic drums!
