  Well I'm already familiar with this product and it does what it's supposed to. I would say that Guitar Centers Online ordering and offering store pick up could use some refining. The people at the store have no idea whatsoever when your stuff comes in and you must rely on Email from GC to know when it's been delivered. I had it sent to the store instead of my house due to the size and didn't want it on my doorstep all day. So I inadvertently deleted the Email along with some sale notices from GC and finally called to see if my stuff had arrived. After having to find the store manager and tell him what I was looking for he told me "yes, it got here last week". He then explained that the store staff is not made aware of online orders for store pick up. This is about the dumbest policy i've ever heard of. I managed a drumshop years ago at what was a good music store till places like GC swallowed up the business with their buying power, and our customer service was easily better than this. So if you have your order sent to the store, they will not call you, in fact they won't be aware of it unless you tell them. Then after calling and telling them I was coming it took 20 minutes for them to find my stuff. Come ON!!! Store pick up is not a good option if they keep things the same. I don't feel this is the fault of the staff at the store as they have always been helpful, but a corporate GC oversight that needs fixed if they offer in store pick up.

  These heads are great for jazz. They exclude that floor tom tone and make a great soft low bass tone. Great for playing fast and completely reduces the need for inside muffling. I would not recomend it as a resonate head though. With it, I would ad a powerstroke IV for a res. Will give it a nice punch also.
