Remo's popular Pinstripe drumheads are made from 2 plies of Remo clear film and bonded at the collar to dampen both high overtones and overall resonance. The result is a very focused, low-pitched sound with moderate attack and response characteristics that is ideal for creating a deeper, fatter, controlled drum sound in a variety of studio and live drumming situations.

The fusion pack includes Remo Pinstripe drumheads for 10", 12", and 14" toms. The standard pack includes Remo Pinstripe drumheads for 12", 13", and 16" toms.

  • GOOD FOR BEGINNERS

    These drum heads are a great improvement from stock heads. BUT...They don't give me the best sound out of my drums. I used these to replace the stock heads on my first kit and they sounded a lot better but I didnt feel like they sounded as good as possible. The tone is good and is warmer and it may have also been the kit that sounded bad. Since I upgraded my drums to a new drum set, I used Evans G2 Coated drum heads. Those, in my opinion give out a better tone. They give me the feel of a professional drum set without the cost of all the equipment. Remo pinstripes are good but in my opinion Evans G2s are better. I would however, definatly recommend these to a beginner drummer who is just starting out. They improve your overall sound that your drum kit makes.

    these heads have a good dampening system. the are low pitched and punchy. this pack comes in common sizes for drums.

    i ordered these heads online and wen i got them and put them on, i noticed a big difference in the sound of my set. ive got a 'mapex qr' set and im on a bit of a tight budget, so these were the first replacement heads ive purchased (to replace the factory remos tht came w/ the set). and my old heads had a long, oddly pitched, sustain, they would 'ring' for several seconds after you hit it...and after putting these on (and a few minutes of fine tuning) that sound was gone. they sound much more controlled and finished.-- not to mention they came at a great price -- they also seem to be very durable (my old heads started gettin beat up in a very short time) and these show no signs of wear and tear so far (save for a few scuff marks). id recommend these heads for anybody whos looking to get the best sound out of their set, at a low price, and not have to replace them for a while. great heads.
