Definately Worth It!

This head is great for a wide variety of things. It can be used for a batter, or resonant head. I put one on my 13" piccolo snare and cranked it up as high as it would go. It's got great sustain and gives me that pingy sound I want for my piccolo. I've got them for all of my resonant heads. they cancel out a lot of unwanted over tones. All in all, this is a great, and versitile head. Plus they look really cool too.

Makes me want to play my drums ALOT!

I recently purchased these heads along with some ambassadors (to use as my reso heads). I have to say I love them! It gives me the feel that playing is so much easier. I'm doing some things so well I didn't know I was good enough to do. As far as I can see, they hold up really well. There are some things though, If you have white tips on your sticks you will most likely get white specks on your heads. However, you can just scrap it off. They are also a little harder to tune because you can't see wrinkles as easy. One more thing, for some reason one of the heads turned a purple color. However, it still looks good. I recomend it for anyone who likes coated heads!
