Regal Tip's Classic retractable brush is the world's best selling brush for drummers. This wire brush has a durable gum rubber grip and a patented adjustable spread. The "Classic" brush sets the standards for all drum brushes.
These retractable wire brushes feature metal rings on the handles for additional sound effects. Retracting the brushes when not in use prevents them from becoming bent or damaged.
These are my first brushes but they are fun for playing jazz or just practicing any type of music quietly. If you are going to get brushes get these. Just beware that they dirty my drum heads a lot but that is the least of my concerns.
Sorry to say, I have blown two of these up within a week just playing snap beats. Suddenly, a shower of metal bristles pops all over the stage. Treat them gently and they sound and work fine. Do not count on them for hard playing.
