Impeccable sticks from the name drummers trust.

Made from only the finest American Hickory, with the famous Regal Tip finish, feel and balance. Joe Calato developed the original nylon tip drum stick over 40 years ago. Regal Tip was the first company to install their own dry kiln so that they could control the manufacturing process from the kiln drying of the wood, to the matching and pairing of sticks.

Calato was also the first to upgrade the quality of the sticks on the market by grading them for straightness of grain, weight, color, and warp, and then match each pair.

YES!

These are them. The perfect sticks! They have a great grip. When hands become sweaty grip gets tacky. That allows great control and grip on the sticks. I use the rock type. buy them now!

Great Sticks

Any good sound engineer will tell you that with good microphones part of what makes an acoustic drum recording is the subtle hum and clicks from the drumsticks. These are not the world's greatest sticks but they have a life in them that I cannot describe -- you have to hear and feel them yourself. It is funny that the other reviewer compared them to branches because these sticks feel alive -- they have a rubbery bounce and flexibility that can only come from something organic. Sure the wood is softer but that allows them to bend, bounce, and absorb shock better than any stick I have played (Vaters, ProMarks, VicFirths, Zildjian and generic -- I have tried them all). If you are a heavy metal drummer save your money. But if you play acoustic drums because you know that they really are music instruments then these sticks will make you happy.

Amazing Sticks!!!

These sticks might not be perfect to some, but they would probably agree that the balance and weight is great for fast and aggressive beats. I had a 5BN pair for quite awhile before they gave up on me. I'd recomend these to any beginner.

Horrible sticks

These are the weakest sticks I've ever used. Most sticks last me about 6 months or more, but these only lasted me a month! I bought the 5B set, and after a month, the whole stick just snapped in half! You're better off just grabbing some branches off of a tree than using these, the branches will last longer!
