Comments about Recording King Dirty Thirties Solid Top Single O Parlor Acoustic Guitar:
I have found this gem excellent in value!
I tested this against a Martin and a Taylor smaller in size like this one is.
And this one wins in sound quality per dollar easily.
The sound is big and full, where as the Martin and Taylors in 350 to 450 in price range were great quality also, but tiny in sound. This one easily sounded better to me. Its close to a full size solid top acoustic in sound quality.
This stays in tune excellent.
I have left this guitar in my trunk for days in a hot car, cold at nights.( I know that's bad), and its in tune when checked with my digital tuner.
I bought this so I can back pack around the city and play when I'm on the riverfront.
Its a bright full sounding guitar.
louder than my full sized dreadnought.
I was looking for a back pack guitar but didn't want to sacrifice playability and sound unless I had too. the playability is a great as any high quality guitar ever made.
And the sound is shockingly excellent and pleasing....! even the sound snobs I hang around are impressed by its unique size and sound quality.
This guitar will probably rise in cost as the total quality is certainly worth more than paid.
This is my favorite instrument, I can see myself using this more than anything I've ever owned. I own and play a lot of instruments.
