I have had several of these microphone cables and have had mixed results with them. In the beginning they are a great buy. They sound great, are cheap, and are very flexible. At least three of these cables have shorted out on me and they become very tempermental. They supposedly have a lifetime warranty which I can hopefully take advantage of but I'm not sure if it's even worth it since they are so cheap. Overall, good in the short term, but don't expect them to last long.
I use this cable for recording, so it doesn't see a lot of stage abuse. Also, I have never been able to tell any audible difference between one new cable and another. All that being said, this is a fine cable for a very reasonable price for low impact situations.
I have to admit, I'd rather have Monster Cable Microphone Cables, but let's face it, they're just to damn expensive. I bought 2 of the 50 footers and they have worked brilliantly, defintaely not Monster Cables, but definately better than the Musician's Gear ones. I'd recommend these cables any day, just not over Monster Cables....
