This half stack includes the Randall RX Series RX120RH 120W Guitar Amp Head and the Randall RX412 Speaker Cabinet.

Randall's goal was to develop a more affordable guitar amp with the tone of much larger combo amps and stacks. The RX tone circuits deliver a modern Randall tone with plenty of tight lows and enough top-end sizzle to satisfy any metal guitarist.

The RX412 speaker cabinet delivers a sound that rivals the tone and power of much larger, more expensive boxes thanks to its 4 - 12" Jaguar speakers.

  • Definitely worth getting

    this amp is great i don't know what peoples problem with it is i guess just taste. Out of all the solid states ive played on this and the peavy vypyr are the most tube like and best sounding. This amp with high output pickups gives me more than enough gain to satisfy any metal need i have and if i want a bit more just use a boost. Yes the amp is bassy but not to bassy besides that the great chug chug sound we all love can definitely be achieved with it. The cabinet is great sounding as well the jaguar speakers definitely hold their own. I have gigged with this amp countless times owned it a year and love it. I can get a clean dist with gain and a tube like sound from this amp and the effects loop on the back comes in handy. I can use this amp and only this when i gig but i need my effects you know.

    For the money, you can't beat it. It's a Randall, so the quality is fantastic. It is also pretty powerful and still sounds OK on the lower settings. I got this amp, as well as the Boss Metal Core effects petal, on sale. Make sure that you have the speaker wire to go from the amp to the speakers. The half-stack doesn't come with it. There are a lot of nicer amps out there, but for the price, this one is tough to beat. Amp is great....

    Had this Amp for about a week now and the further I get into it with the settings the more I like it. Looks awesome and it can really get loud! The tone is alright by itself, it beefed up nicely with my chorus + overdrive pedals and I can get some cool 'chainsaw' dimebag like tones and older metallica stuff too. Very happy with this amp for the price!
