    I have used these moongels for about six months now. They provide good dampening, especially for my snare. After tuning my snare I had bad overtones, and I threw a moongel on, and they disappeared. I have heard some people say that they can ruin a drumhead, but I have not had that happen to me at all. I am very satisfied with this product.

    These work really well! i had tones of ringing from my toms but i just stuck one of these on the top of the head and everything was muted perfectly with no overtones. These are great, buy them!

    I am so grateful to the other reviewers who said this product was worth it. I can't believe how cheap they are! They worked really well on my cheap, loud, ringing snare. Two moongels and it's great. Two on my floor tom also works great. I've only just put them on, so I've never cleaned them or anything, but so far they are the best thing ever. I'm about to order more!
