LIMITED WARRANTY Mediasync Corporation hereafter referred to as Mediasync, warrants to the original consumer of a RSQ product that the product will be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship for the periods indicated. This warranty is applicable to all RSQ models and only in the fifty (50) United States; LABOR : 90 days PARTS : 1 year LIMITED WARRANTY If during the first 90 days that immediately follows the purchase date, your new RSQ product is covered by this warranty and Mediasync and/or its authorized service center will repair or replace the defective part without charge for parts or labor. If parts should be required after this 90 days period but within the one year period, Mediasync will, subject to the terms of this warranty, supply these parts without charge. However, charges for labor, and/or any miscellaneous expenses incurred are the consumer's responsibility. Mediasync reserves the right to utilize reconditioned parts in repairing these products and/or to use reconditioned units as warranty replacements. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY WHICH MEDIASYNC MAKES IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. MEDIASYNC EXCLUDES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations that relate to implied warranties and/or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES If warranty service should be required, it is necessary that the consumer assume certain responsibilities. 1. You must complete and return warranty registration card to Mediasync customer service department. 2. Contact Mediasync Customer Service (Toll Free 866-275-1777) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). 3. Return your product to Mediasync or an authorized service center with proof of purchase (sales receipt, etc.), RA# and detail description of the problem(s). 4. Shipping and/or insurance costs are the consumer's responsibility. Mediasync is NOT responsible for shipping costs on both ways. 5. Units shipped for service should be packed securely. It is recommended to use the original box for the product and double box it to avoid shipping damage. Mediasync is NOT responsible for any damage during shipping. 6. Your owner's manual contains important safety and operating instructions. It is your responsibility to be aware of the contents of the manual and to follow all safety precautions. EXCLUSIONS This limited warranty provided by Mediasync does not cover; 1. Products which have been subject to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, faulty installation, lack of reasonable care, or if repaired or serviced by anyone other than a service facility authorized by Mediasync to render such service, or if affixed any attachment not provided with the products, or if the model number or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed. 2. Initial installation and removal for repair. 3. Shipping costs to Mediasync or authorized service center for repair service. 4. Shipping costs to return the repaired product to customer. 5. Operational adjustments covered in the Owner's Manual, normal maintenance, video and audio head cleaning. 6. Damage that occurs in shipment, due to act of God, and cosmetic damage. 7.   • The RSQ NEO-22 is a super good karaoke player

    I got this karaoke player home, hooked it up and put a cd in and this player is just super great. I see a few posters did not fair as well with this unit but i am here to say this is a very good player. I plan on adding a 300watt mixing amp and i think this thing will get the job done just fine. I just do in the home karaoke and if you are looking for a good player this is the one you want and you will not be sorry.

  • RSQ has no customer service

    The neo 22 plays fine but I wanted continuous play. I looked up FAQ and followed instructions. After resetting, it played songs in order going to the next song rather than back to the beginning of the CD as it had done. But it still stopped after each song , I wanted it to continue. I called RSQ twice and could not reach anyone, both times I left a message. I have not received a return call. It has been a week or more. RSQ tech support and customer service don't exist. Don't buy RSQ!

  • Audio and visual won't work

    The player is hooked up properly but won't play on the TV screen and there is no audio. It should play on input channel 3, however it doesn't. I still get television on input channel 3 and that is all I get. I am hooked up with Dishnet on satellite #3, so thought that might be the problem. I unhooked my TV from Dishnet and I still couldn't get the graphics or sound on my TV. At this point I don't know what to do. I may have to send it back. I can't get any help from RSQ on what's wrong, though I've called them several times. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I bought something that won't work.
