I've been using this card in my new PC I built for music production for about a month. Before the RME HDSP 9632, I've used several other PCI cards, and had many problems with both Cubase and Nuendo not staying in sync with MIDI tracks due to latency issues. This card has solved all of my problems. I have a Roland M-480 (48ch) line mixer used as the frontend to the card for my synths. All processing is done inside the computer for the most part. This card provides ample headroom, low latency (lowest I've seen, especially with the new beta drivers - Buffer Sizer 32 -> 0.7ms)and great I/O configuration. Plus if you run out of I/O, you can simply add another HDSP card since RME's drivers are unified and support multiple cards.
