This is much better than the others because the top tier you can adjust hight, tilt and forward and back. I have 2 large 88 key keyboards and this is the first stand I can see the complete bottom keyboard. am also suprised by how sturdy. I like it better than my A frame or Apex.
I have had to replace this stand two times now. Both times I called Quik Lok and they replaced it with out hesistation. I was excited to own this stand at first, because the second tier could be lowered and adjusted by tilt. BUT, the second tier ARM screw broke on both stands. The first time it broke, I blamed myself for being hard on the stand with load-in and stuff. After the first time I had to replace, (which was two months after I bought it) I was very careful with load-in and moving it around. The second stand broke in the same place at the end of my gig. I never moved the second tier arm after setting it on day one. Quik Lok sent me a new stand (#3) when I called them and they didn't evenask for proof of purchase... which makes me think that they know something isn't right. I STILL have stand #3 at home in the box, because I'm too nervous that it will fail on the gig. I'm going to forward a copy of this review to Quik Lok. I have one of the older two tier stands that has held up for years with no problems.
I am dissapointed with the level of detail that went into the construction of the stand. The quality is not worth the money.
