  • Heavy Duty & Reliable

As reviewed by Darryl on 11/16/2014

I'm a long time user of QSC power amps, dating back to the mx 1500 I once owned. My choice to grab the latest version of the RMX series was because I needed another heavy duty amp to push a pair of 18" subs. I'm using an RMX 1850hd to handle a pair of 15" 2 way EV's, so it only made sense to me to stick with a brand that has become a tried & true product for me. As far as weight is concerned, it's definitely on the heavy side, but that's ok...I never was a wimp when it came to lifting heavy objects, I consider it my moment of getting some exercise. So if you don't need the extra fillings that are featured in some of the more upper scale power amps, then you won't regret going with the RMX 2450a. It's destine to become another legend in the QSC line up.
