Great feel for the hands!

The pro-mark X-pads provide an excellent practice tool for a drummer of any style. When these came on the scene, the main competitor was the Reel Feel drum pad by HQ percussion. I've found that the gum rubber pad on the X-pad simply feels a lot better on the hands than the Reel Feel. Overtime, my X-pad has also seemed to last through serious practice a lot better. It may just be the blue color, but the gum rubber seems to crack less and hold up a lot better than the Reel Feel pads I've owned. Whether you're a marching drummer working up your chops or a drumset drummer looking to improve your stick work, the X-pad is a serious competitor in the practice pad field.
