Solid, unique design.

Rocket Rods are constructed with bamboo dowels surrounding a foam core. They feature solid maple handles and a movable O-ring. The result is a unique feel, excellent rebound, and added durability. ProMark Rods produce a lower volume than drum sticks, but more attack then brushes.

  • Don't buy these

As reviewed by Mike on 7/27/2011

The dowels started to break right away. By the forth song, the top of one of the sticks broke off. Not worth the money.

  • Nice feel -- Poor wear.

As reviewed by Steven Sherman on 10/18/2010

These multi rods are a great concept, they feel good and play well but have a very limited shelf life. The wood rods break off at the tip and there are only 10 of them, the inner is a useless foam rubber. Promark makes other multi's that are solid wood rods which are a better choice. I broke a pair of "rocket rods" after 3 light wedding intro's, these are not worth the money or the title.
