The Pro-Mark Joey Jordison Japanese Oak Drumsticks are designed by Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison. Like the hickory version, this Shira Kashi Oak version features a classic 5A diameter, a slim neck for fast precise rebound and a full round bead for great articulation and projection. The “blood red ink” also contains Joey’s actual blood!
I play Death Metal and Thrash Metal and I have had these sticks for about 1 1/2 years and just wow they are the best sticks I've ever touched in my life, the have amazing bounce, very light for fast playing, and have great round tips for fast rolls and blasts. My paint on the sticks is the exact way they look when I bought them. I recommend these sticks for any drummer who is looking for light, durable, awesome sticks. :)
I got these a month ago and they are amazing. They give a great sound to both the drums and the cymbals! Especially with the round tip! A great IMPACT!
finally some good sticks. the hickory ones were good but these are so much better. on the hickory ones the paint rubs off easily. ive had these oak ones for a couple weeks and the paint is sill on there
