Balanced and carefully crafted using hand-selected white oak. Grown in the mountainous regions of Japan, this particular species of oak is a harder wood than hickory and will take more wear, tear, and punishment. It resists chipping and wearing soft. Made with Pro-Mark's exclusive Millennium II manufacturing process, each stick is hand-finished and hand-inspected. The result is a strength and durability no other stick can match.
It's hard to explain how good these are. They feel so sturdy and they give you so extra rebound. They have the perfect weight also. These are some amazing sticks. If your questioning on getting them, get them. Thanks Promark!
I use promark 747BN Japanese white oak sticks and they rock. Most other sticks taht are 16 3/4" long are usually really thick and heavy, these aren't they are very light weight qand i haven't had the tips break. I have npthing negative to say about these sticks. They do chip easily but they don't break. I used to use Vic Firth 5A's they would break after 4 days. These promark sticks however last me about a month. These sticks also feel amazing, you pick them up and they just feel right.
first of all, i thought i was a more zildjian stick guy. usually i would use the 5B nylon tips, tre cool signature, and vic firth 5B nylon. i wanted to try something new (considering my local store didnt carry the zildjian 5b nylons anymore, and the vic firth wasnt my favorite (but still good)), so i bought the 5B Nylon Tip Japanese Oak, and i am just HOOKED! they give me very very nice sound on the entire kit, cymbals and all, and they have very nice resistance to chipping, and i hit very hard. i believe im using pro mark from now on. BUY THESE AMAZING STICKS!
