Japanese Oak or Bust!

I've always been a big fan of pro-mark products. I use the nylon tipped 747 Rock sticks for most of my drumming needs. I had bought a set of the Japanese White Oak's and was very impressed, but when I went back to get more, all they had was American Hickory. I'm not a hard hitter, but the angle that I hit my hi-hats tend to chip and eat away my sticks. I broke three sets of the American Hickory sticks in one month, my Japanese Oaks have been going strong for 3-4 months. If you want a high quality stick that is not only going to last a long time, but sound great time and time again, go with the Japanese Oak.

Stick to your stix!

I've been using these wonderful sticks for about 15 years now. Maybe longer, I can't remember. I only use the 5B with nylon tips. Seriously, you can't go wrong with oak. You get what you pay for in sticks. You want quality and endurance, right? I love these sticks to death and will always use them as my primary swords! Why do I love them? Simply because I can't break them. It's like 6 months or longer before I break one. They are so durable and long-lasting. You want a stick that endures your chops, rimshots, fills and solos, right? Well, look no further, you've met your match with this stick! Just add some dreaming, nitro, tight chops and you're ready to go! Believe me, I've tried the Tama, Ziljian and Regal tip sticks. I broke them all and snapped them like twigs. I wholeheartedly have put my faith into these sticks and will always be loyal to them till I die...enjoy!

Japan Oak and You

I've been playin for about 2 years now, which I know isn't as long as others, but I know a good stick when i hold it. Promark Japan Oak is THE BEST stick out there, it takes a beating, it feels more comfortable than Hickory, which in my opinion feels very dry and breaks easily. I've been told that I play with much aggression and Promark Japan Oak survives that aggression. I had one pair last me 6 MONTHS!!!!. thats a long time and finally on that 6 month one broke. Just one that to me is a great stick.

Rockin sticks!!!!!!!!!

I use promark 747BN Japanese white oak sticks and they rock. Most other sticks taht are 16 3/4" long are usually really thick and heavy, these aren't they are very light weight qand i haven't had the tips break. I have npthing negative to say about these sticks. They do chip easily but they don't break. I used to use Vic Firth 5A's they would break after 4 days. These promark sticks however last me about a month. These sticks also feel amazing, you pick them up and they just feel right.

It's hard to explain how good these are. They feel so sturdy and they give you so extra rebound. They have the perfect weight also. These are some amazing sticks. If your questioning on getting them, get them. Thanks Promark!
