The Pro Co DB-1 is a quailty passive DI box. It has a good neutral sound, useful features like the high-cut filter and out to speaker. It is well built, stage ready and easy to use. The only draw back is as a passive box it lacks the head room of an active DI, however that is not a fault, and you can't beat the quality for the price. Suitable for guitars, bass, keyboards.
