Excellent Adapter!
Although I stick with patch cables for my pedalboard, I did pick up a Planet Waves 1/4" - 1/4" Straight Adapter (Item #PW-P047A) for when I need to turn a female 1/4" jack into a male 1/4" plug, and it works great! This adapter is durable, provides a great connection, and produces no noise. The gold-plated connections also guard against the corrosion that other metals are prone to, and the double-insulated/double-shielded cables stop hum and triboelectric noise dead in its tracks! I own and use over 50 Planet Waves cables of various types for performing and recording, and they deliver an awesome signal! Planet Waves guarantees all of its adapters for life, and they're built to last a lifetime! These adapters are well-worth the investment!

Dont scimp
A problems often arises when you have a pedal board with a bunch of crap cables and connections. This not an area to save money by buying the cheapest on the market. Reliability and quiet is worth every cent!

Great for Pedals
These adapters are great for anyone who has a hard time with patch cables on their pedalboard. These things are the perfect length and don't leave excess cable sticking out everywhere. The gold tips really provide a great undisturbed signal. The price is unbeatable and since your getting 2 its even better.
