Great Buy!

I picked up two of these 10" triggers for my studio. I hooked them up to one of my drum brains and took them for a test drive. They worked perfectly. I was not disappointed at all. The price on these is so low that I actually paid more for the harware to mount them. I'll probably pick up two more in the future. If you're looking for good cymbal triggers, you can't beat this price. Pintech makes larger sizes too, but I don't know why you'd need them any bigger unless you just want to have big black plastic frisbees mounted on your drum rack.

Buy it now!

When I purchased this cymbal and received it about 3 days later. I thought they sent me an empty box. It was lighter than I expect it! This cymbal is amazing quiet! Especially when you have the music wayy up. I definetly recommend buying this. Best price for its good quality.

Roland has serious competition!!

Pintech has a great product in their trigger cymbals. I play a wide range from lite Jazz, to Classic Rock to Heavier Rock and these cymbals work great for all. I am especially amazed they picked up the light gract notes of all the Jazz playing yet did not double or mis-trigger at all. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because two of my 4 cymbals were al little warped but still played fine, and I think the box underneath the cymbals the 1/4" cable plugs into is a little cheap looking. Regardless this is the only cymbal I would buy and I have owned Roland.

Excellent upgrades for Ion Rock Band kit

Using a 10" for the hat and two 14" for crash & ride as an upgrade for the Ion Rock Band drum set. Best upgrade you will ever make for this kit - no more loud thunking or missed notes! I'm sure they'd work great for a real e-kit, too, but I'll defer to the actual drummers on that. FYI - the 14" and larger might arrive a little warped after shipping, but straighten out fine. Can't beat these for the price/performance.

good for practice, but needs work!

I was looking for a ride with size. It accomadates size, but the plastic makes it louder . It is made of hard plastic, and wants to spin on the stand. It has no knock-out to hold it in place like most brands. The sound through my kit is good. Triggering works nice. I just think that they need some work to be contenders.
