  • ok, but not exactly right

As reviewed by maplecustom on 6/23/2009

this pack is ok, but not quite right for quiet practice. the edge of the cymbals are very quiet, but the tops are quite loud. the cymbals are just plastic, hence the loudness on the tops (especially when practicing ride and hi-hat). the other problem is the hi-hats are weak enough as to give no bounce AT ALL. in fact, they almost absorb the stick making for very limited hi-hat satisfaction. As crashes, these are great, as a hi-hat and ride...not so much. i am thinking about something else for hi-hat.

  • These are great

I would recommend these for anyone who is trying to practice in and not disturb other people. The fact that these came with hi-hat practice cymbals is amamzing.
