My first buy and it's worth the money I pay. The LCD touch screen is the one of thnigs that I like most with all the functions specially the phase.
It took over 1 year to recieve with aprox. 20 different ship dates , and excuses for non release. Was SUPPOSE to come with soft ware to connect to P.C.Unit finally arives to find note in box soft ware not ready. Called PHONIC rep. and corporate said it would be available on line in 3 weeks.Well 1 year later still no soft ware.PHONIC sold all stock and import rights to A.M.S. Called them.Corporate says availability expected 1st quarter 2010.I may as well give my lap top to my grandson and a box of crayons for the good it's doing me.Specifically bought it to USB to PAA6.Forget e-mailing PHONIC. I have sent 5 in 1 year period to never get a reply.Very hi-tech , high quality unit. Will do anything but make lunch. Customer support does NOT exist. Will probably be up for sale do to STILL NO SOFT WARE. Over a year is plenty of time and I am fed up. 1st and LAST piece of PHONIC equipt. I will ever own.
