The Peterson 490 8-Octave AutoStrobe Tuner responds at light speed to display relative tuning of any source to 0.1 cent accuracy with automatic handsfree note selection. Features automatic image clarity and contrast control for optimal viewing. The +2/-1 display shifts strobe patterns into more visible middle ranges—bass note patterns can be displayed 3 octaves higher and treble notes can be displayed one octave lower.   • GREAT TUNER!

    This tuner is the best on the market. I just got one for piano tuning, but plan to get the 490ST in the future. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. These are worth every bit of the money. They make it so easy to tune different instruments, especially piano by having all the octaves on the same screen! I use it in my studio, and it's invaluable for accuracy with tuning analog instruments with midi instruments. You just can't get more accurate than this! I use the front buttons for my temperament, and then I can use the octaves off those to tune the piano which shows everything right on the screen! I just love this, and so will you. You'll never need another tuner again!
