This Perri's Banjo Strap crafted from high-quality leather, this strap is fully adjustable from 45"-52". Plastic swivel hooks on each end ensure a solid attachment to your banjo. 2-1/2" width.
Being primarily a bassist, and guitarist who always enjoyed the banjo but never took lessons on this instrument, I gave in and bought my first Deering Goodtime open back. I found out that you really need a strap to support this instrument properly, while you play. I have been using this Perri strap for over one month and it is very comfortable and lightweight. The plastic swivel clips securely hold my Deering and make it easy to adjust. To play the forward/reverse right finger rolls accurately your instrument has to stay in the correct angle to the finger picks. This strap keeps it at that angle throughout the performance. I did not give it a 5 star rating because open back banjos are much lighter than the 10 lb. and up resonator ones. I don't know how this strap would last using the heavier resonator banjos but for the open back, it's a 4 star and the price is affordable.
