  • Unprecedented!

As reviewed by Mike on 5/26/2011

This pedal board is amazing. When i received it, it was more than i had expected. I have a setup of 9 different pedals on this thing with plenty of room for cables. Everything is easily routed and can be tucked underneath to be either zip-tied or clipped for easy organization. Came with enough Velcro to cover the entire board (all 4 crossbars) and still had some left over. Didn't opt for the voodoo labs power supply, but the 2 removable flex corks on the front still make it nice to wire up a 1SPOT and keep everything neat. The soft case is more than enough and isn't as bulky and heavy as the flight case. The front pocket on the case holds all my left over Velcro, 1-10ft cable, 1-15ft cable, my boost switch, 3- 6in pedal cables, 2 boss power supplies (just in case), a 1SPOT adapter, and all my wire harness. Plenty of room in the front pocket for a simple setup. Overall a well built and very reliable package. Love it and i really can't rave about this board enough.

  • Nothing better than the Pedaltain PT2

As reviewed by bryan jonathan on 4/4/2011

I have tried several. This is the one. This is the best pedal board I have used at any price. I have access to a metal fabrication shop and if I were going to build one from scratch it would end up just like this one. BTW: building one like this would cost a bunch I am told, far more that it sells for. I got the softcase which offers all the protection I need. Big sturdy zippers and the bag is much lighter than the case. I also mounted my Voodoo Labs power supply and the brackets and installation was incredibly easy. I kept putting it off but when I sat down and did it it was so easy for me and works very, very well. I had actually sat down and designed a pedal board to have built and when I saw this and got it I was very pleasantly surprised. This is the one. If I need more space I would just purchase another PS2

  • Finally a pedal board I am comfortable using!

As reviewed by Mark on 3/15/2011

I looked at a bunch of pedal boards, have owned several and finally decided on this board... Although it is pricey for what it is, it is a great design! I have built my own boards and the best I had was an old counter top I cut and beveled, the angle put all my pedals at the right angle for easy access to all the pedals with my big wide foot. But chipboard isn't very durable, and it was heavy! So after looking I bought the Pedaltrain... Lots of room, little clutter, light weight and I don't accidentally turn on the wrong pedal! I now pull it out of the bag and lay it down , plug it in and go! Set up was easy and it looks neat and tidy and holds everything I use. Unless you like to impress with huge awkward boards and different loops this is a great item! The only drawback is the mounting for the power supply! You need to be creative if you don't buy the one they recommend and show in their setup/install videos. I had personally decided on a different one and had to be a little creative.
