Everything you could want, and a few things you don't

By Scott M

Comments about Pedal Pad MPS XL II Tour Series Powered Pedalboard:

This thing is built like a tank...and after you fill it with your gear it weighs about as much as one. In fact, everything about the Pedal Pad is a trade-off. Room for numerous pedals (more than 1 per slot for smaller pedals), but it has a HUGE footprint. Solid construction, but it weighs a ton. Sturdy metal plates, but sharp edges may need to be sanded. Professional quality, but very expensive for a pedal board, and the instructions are just stapled photocopies. Road-ready, but there's no way to lock the case. Still, this is everything I wanted in a pedal board: Tiered, plenty of room and easy setup. And the company is eager to address any issues. I also recommend the Patch Pad to go with it. Side Note: I bought the non-powered version, expecting to put my Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 underneath the top tier, but it doesn't fit. So it has to take up a full pedal space, same as if I'd bought the powered version.

Comments about Pedal Pad MPS XL II Tour Series Powered Pedalboard:

this thing is built like a tank. i have all my peddles in one spot and it's worth ever penny. one problem if you use any digitech stuff, the universal wires they give will not fit into the digitech stuff. you my have to cut and splice. plus if u have all you peddles in there get a dolly. it's going to be heavy.
