Overview

Voiced for punchy bass with lots of harmonic tone, the versatility and performance of the Headliner 210 bass speaker cabinet encourages use with any fine bass amp head. The Headliner 210 is constructed using internal bracing, and is covered with roadworthy black carpet. Steel corners protect the cabinet from the rigors of the road.

The Headliner 210 cabinet includes a black powdercoat finished 16 gauge perforated metal grille. The two 10" ferrite magnet woofers are designed with a rich bass tone in mind. The sealed cabinet insures tight bass notes, with every note rendered precisely.
Inputs include two 1/4" input phone jacks, and one 4-pin twist-lock connector for maximum flexibility.

With a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, and a power handling of 400 watts program and 800 watts peak, the Headliner 210 can be used in conjunction with any reasonably sized bass amp head. With the 8 ohm impedance, the Headliner 210 can be easily stacked on top of a Headliner 410 cabinet, resulting in a 4-ohm total load.

Nice Cab

By DON SHAFER

from Fairfield OH

Comments about Peavey Headliner 210 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

Been playing many years and have used everything. I was looking for another 2x10 cab to go with my Mesa Cab. The specs are right, it's light weight and I like the nice tight tone. A good match with my Mesa. I play mainly rock and so far I am impressed with this. For the money, it's a definate bargain. I've owned this about a month and have always trusted Peavey products.

    helps fill the highs end

    By jeff mccowan

Comments about Peavey Headliner 210 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

I got the peavey TKO 1 -15 400 watt amp. I really loved the lows out of it ,but it was lacking the mids and high notes. so I added the 2 10 speaker cab to it . I am still dailing it in ,I am just starting to like the results. some more tweaking and I think I'll find the sweet spot. I run a 1974 fender p bass , no affects straight up. I think I might get another 2 10 and a peavey 400 watt head to use at smaller venues. the only thing I can notice is if you crank up the 40 to 100 hz the steel speaker cover rattles a bit. will try to use some grommets to eliminate this . other than that it is working ok.

Comments about Peavey Headliner 210 2x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet:

Have been buying from Peavey forever, Basses, bass amps, guitar amps mixer boards and have always been satisfied. Called them to report the poor sound quality and they insisted that there isn't anything wrong with the cabinets. I had bought 2 of them online and cost to much to return, sold one of them and loss half my money on it and am still trying to get rid of the other. I have a Peavey 410 cabinet and swapped the speakers and the 410 stayed good and the 210 sucked. That tells me that the problem isn't the speakers, it's the cabinets design
