With 4 separate 2x10" sound chambers and speakers designed specifically for this cabinet, the low end will blow you away. 800 watts RMS power handling, heavy-duty hardware, casters, and durable black exterior coating for a lifetime of abuse. The Peavey cabinet features a switchless input that facilitates stereo or mono operation, depending on which jacks you plug into.   • Lives up to expectations

    I tried this cabinet out in a store and was instantly hooked! With the Peavey Tour 700? This Booms! The sound is reminiscent of an SVT 8x10 with more modern "glitter". The price is extremely fair for the performance value that the cabinet has. I didn't need to use the stereo/mono switch but I can see how it would be extremely useful! Another great product by peavey!

  • Great Cabinet!

    I was skeptical because of the price and it's made in the USA. I was thinking they must have really skimped on the quality but boy was I wrong! Very classic sound, just a no frills good old fashioned round bass tone. This thing is built like a tank and I can't imagine that it won't last for 50 years!

  • DECENT CAB, but not impressed

    I was so happy when Guitar Center told me my cab was in. I took it home, unboxed it, set up my tour 700 head and called the guys. After about 15 mins of playing, i noticed a speaker making an odd, buzzing sound when playing in the lower scales. This wasn't good considering i had to be in the studio in less than 24 hours, so i immediately returned it to the store. They heard the same thing, gave me a loaner cab (thanx guys)so i could get into the studio. Got my new VB in 5 days, unboxed it at the store and set up my rig. Sounded good, but now here it is 2 months later and only 6 out of 8 subs are working with one of the 6 pretty much blown. The worst thing is I have an outdoor show in less than 30 hours. This cab has only saw 2 months of rehearsals, and one live show. Cab quality abd build is VERY tough (the reason i give it 3 stars) but the subs fall way short. No longer happy or impressed with my cab, and i love Peavey. All my P.A. gear is peavey, but i think my bass cab will be something else.
