The legendary SP 5 has been a mainstay enclosure for more than two decades. Peavey's engineering team has completely redesigned this SP 5 making it more durable and more robust sounding than ever.

This two-way, full-range enclosure will easily handle 800 watts program power and peaks at 1600 watts. Featuring a 15" Scorpion Plus woofer with field-replaceable basket, the SP 5 delivers plenty of bone-crushing bottom end while the exclusive Quadratic Throat Waveguide technology dramatically reduces horn distortion offering a much clearer sound that aims sound directly at the audience, not over their heads. Constructed of aspen hardwood plywood and finished with Hammertex, the SP 5 is ready for just about any road gig.
