The Peavey PV 900 Power Amp delivers 300 watts per side @ 4 ohms and 450 watts @ 2 ohms. It features Peavey's patented DDT compression system and detented input gain controls, and less than 0.03% distortion. A real workhorse!
If you are like me, you have very little room to store equipment, especially to take over to buddies houses to jam. This thing sings and is a great when you dont have alot of space to have a full stack or combo. I wish i had one of these in every room in my house because they are so small it isnt a problem anywhere. My only complaint is that your better off going with a more powerful one for jamming, but playing on your own this thing sings.
I use this amp to run a set of double fifteen inch subs 4 0hm 500 watts and it jams very good for me and with the help of my equalizer, enhancers, and crosover it poduces a much better quality sound.The ddt is a good tool for this amp. my next purchase will be a peavey1500.
This amp came in handy when my Crown CE-1000 was in the shope. Not recommended for large crowds, but great for a pair of 500 watt 15" speakers. Great and easy to use if used in multiples with their "thru-out" for signal only. All in all i would definately buy more.
