10 channels, DSP, and USB!

The PV 10 USB audio mixer features built-in DSP effects with multiple reverbs and delays, plus a vocal enhancer and much more, while a USB port allows direct connection to a USB-equipped computer for recording from the console or playing back digital audio (compatible with Windows XP, ME & 2000). It also includes a pre-fader monitor send; post-fader effects send; inserts on all 10 channels; and dual, switchable line inputs on the two stereo channels.

All PV Series mixers include Tape to Control Room and Tape to Mix assigns, which allow the operator to monitor an external stereo signal without using any of the mixer's channels. In addition, the mixers' Control Room output sends a stereo master output signal to an external source for monitoring. Phantom power, effects send and a contour switch are also standard on all models.

  • Great for practice and live

As reviewed by Aaron Mitchum on 8/8/2009

I bought this for our band's rehearsal space. Was actually going to get the comparable Mackie board but couldn't find it in stock. But I have been more than happy with this one. I use it in conjunction with Mackie 450 powered speakers. Then last night we played a smaller gig where we had to bring our own system. I added a Crest powered sub to the set up and some powered monitors. I even used the onboard fx for vocal reverb. This little guy handled really well. The pre-amps sounded good and quite. The construction really good for the price. I just threw it in the back of the truck with the rest of the gear and not a scratch or dent. For the price this bad boy is worth the money for smaller gigs and practice.

  • Wow

As reviewed by Jeremy on 6/27/2008

So I bought this nice piece of machinery, and opened it up, I like the sleek look, and the sliders feel really nice, not to loose, and not to tight. The only thing that disappointed me, was that there was no USB cable with it. So I went out and bought one opened up my recording program...and Bam it worked I didn't have to configure anything (i'm running XP so Vista users might have it more difficult). I am truly amazed at the price and quality of this product

  • Reference Quality

As reviewed by Christopher on 5/30/2009

So it says right on the box that the mic pres are "reference quality." They sound pretty good for a small venue, but recording gives off a loud hiss and fuzz (could possibly be the compatibility with the USB connections). Nice solid construction and feel though so I would suggest only using this for live gigs. And the price was really easy on the wallet.
